With rich experiences, STI's service teams is capable of planning materials needs and procurement programs for clients based on their AFR(Annual Failure Rate) sales figures and vendor's maintenance TAT(Turn-Around Time). Meanwhile, a complete inventory on monthly material calculation and unchanged parts is provided to fill clients in. Thus they can well plan and manage their material and parts in accordance with the monthly report. In addition, STI also endeavors to satisfy clients' certain requirements toward different stock, such as temperature and humidity, and provides a safe, proper storage environment and warehousing.

Parts Logistics Center (PLC)

In the current environment, since the objectives of cost control and utility maximization are both paid extreme attention, no matter renowned brands or ODM/OEM supply chains all deem the management of repair parts is a critical issue. Through an integrated after-sales outsourcing service, STI enables clients to turn their internal fixed costs into variable costs, effectively control management risks and increase operational flexibility.
