Front End Customer Service

Engaging years of after-sales service experience in 3C products, localized call center, and materials, parts, logistics management capabilities, STI is able to offer clients assistance in building their front-end image stores and related management services, which are tailor-made to fit different product features and market positions of individual brands. A great diversity of services which can be provided by STI's front -end customer service center include the phone customer service, retail service center set-up and onsite pick-up service. The phone customer service means that customer service representatives can answer customer's questions through phone or email. Instead of exclusive repair sites operating by original manufacturers, retail service centers building by STI can perform the same function for them. Meanwhile, the onsite pick-up service is an efficient way to immediately offer support for solving end user's problems and also shorten product's repair cycle.
